During our initial consultation we will discuss what are your particular triggers, and agree a programme. You will feel and be completely supported.
The objective of smoking cessation hypnotherapy is to change the subconscious mind's view of what it is like to be an ex smoker. Your mind has been conditioned to believe you need cigarettes etc. and will do everything in its power to create sabotage. By changing that thought pattern you remove all the angst - there need be no void, there need be no depression and weight gain, and whatever else it may create.
