Phobias, Stress and Anxiety
Many of us suffer from various degrees of stress. If we are not able to manage this successfully, over a period of time, it may start to manifest in different ways, such as physical pain, fears, phobias, deep rooted anxiety and even depression or cancer.
When stressed, anxious or fearful, the 'freeze, fight or flight' is a response to certain situations.
Thousands of years ago that reaction was perfect for helping us in dangerous situations. However our bodies still respond in the same way - fight or flight mode. So whenever we experience these feelings our body creates more adrenaline to deal with the situation or issue. All this adrenaline has no-where to go.

Under hypnosis, your subconscious mind, that has stored all these feelings of fear and anxiety, can be taught a new way of being. Often events will go back to a past incident in childhood. Re-looking at the root cause, as an adult, will help you gain more understanding and will desensitise the emotions attached to it. Please note there are a number of individuals who choose not to re-look at the root cause and this is perfectly acceptable and will not prevent significant change.
