Our heart rate slows down to a healthy beat, even our cells start to regenerate. We begin to create a healthier mind and body, enabling us to be more productive, to feel self confident... the benefits can be endless!
You need only take ten minutes each day to be silent and focus on your breath, or meditate, listen to beautiful music or practice self hypnosis - all these techniques create mindfulness.

Hunger for Change
It's not what you're eating, it's what's eating you!
Up to two-thirds of those on a diet REGAIN MORE weight than when they started." Fact.
The average person consumes 150 pounds of sugar per year, compared to just 7 ½ pounds consumed on average in the year 1700. That's 20 times as much! When typical slightly overweight people eat sugar, they on average store 5 percent as ready energy to use later, metabolize 60 percent and store a whopping 35 percent as fat that can be converted to energy later.
Interestingly, 50 percent of the sugar we consume today comes from high-fructose corn syrup in fat-free foods like salad dressings and regular soft drinks.
A week or so ago I watched a movie called Hunger for Change (a short trailer version is attached above) and was fascinated - and shocked by what I heard and saw. Of course it shouldn't be a shock because we all know how much our food is 'interfered with' - and food manufacturers are doing this in the full knowledge that they are damaging our health.
According to Jason Vale, author and founder of Juice Master: "the biggest reason for obesity is addiction".
Sugar is what makes us fat, not fat!
MGS and glutamates can be hidden behind 50 different names on food packaging.
These chemicals are known to excite a part of the brain that activates fat hormones.
The food industry wants us to buy more food - so how can they do that? Simple, they create addiction.
Diet Cola has a deadly combination of aspartame and caffeine that kills brain cells! It affects our moods (possibly leading to depression), our vision, methanol poisoning, hyper-excitability... to name a few.
The more damaging products on the market are diet and fat free foods and drinks - they are loaded with chemicals and sugar.
It's a global problem - and we're starving on a nutritional and cellular level.
