There are a multitude of reasons why smokers cannot or do not wish to give up the habit. Maybe you smoke to nurture yourself, or to relieve stress, provide a 'break' in your day, a social comforter, or to control weight.
During our initial consultation we will discuss your particular triggers and agree a programme. You will feel and be completely supported.
The objective is to change the subconscious mind's view of what it is like to be an ex smoker. Your mind has been conditioned to believe you need cigarettes etc. and will do everything in its power to create sabotage. By changing that thought pattern you remove all the angst - there need be no void, there need be no depression or weight gain...

If you are concerned about putting on weight – then this will be included in your programme sessions.
The fee is £250 with personalised 'support' audio recording. lease note that this particular package might not be suitable for all - this will be discussed during your consultation. Many smokers have issues with core identity, meaning they believe being a smoker is a 'part of them'. In these situations there may be more than two sessions required.
