The Weight Loss Programme
This programme is divided into four one hour sessions, run over four consecutive weeks. It's ideal for those who yo-yo diet, and individuals wishing to reduce their alcohol intake, eliminate certain food cravings and increase motivation and exercise.
Most clients lose between 2-5lbs in the first week, and about 1-2lbs in the following weeks - until they reach their desired shape and size. It's safe and has very predictable results.
How it works:
Our subconscious mind is the storehouse of all our memories and past experiences (whether imagined or real). It’s where all habits, beliefs and behaviours are kept.
This is a permanent weight loss programme - without dieting. And, because it’s not a diet, you won’t feel deprived, miserable or hungry, the issues which cause diets to fail. You are left with a long term solution to your weight problems.
If you wish to reduce your alcohol intake the process is similar - convincing your subconscious mind that you only enjoy smaller amounts. "I am amazed I have reduced my drinking by more than 60% of my 'normal' amount. I find I don't even drink in the week any more, however when I have a few over the weekend I really enjoy one or two, then stop", comments Tracey Edwards, UK.
This four week programme is designed to meet each individual's different needs - as some may wish to lose 7lbs, while others may want to lose considerably more. Those aiming at losing more, will continue to do so safely, over the coming weeks and months.
